Flexible Hours - Salary Dependant On Experiance - Starting From £20,000

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to use and develop your marketing skills within a fast-growing business?

Introducing Rowse: a technical distributor that has seen a huge growth in its online presence over the past four years.

We've taken our website from near-invisibility to the first page of Google for over 5000 search terms, diversifying the brand and showcasing our team's technical expertise with our content strategy.

Since 2019, our traffic has increased by 6900% through organic search, resulting in a 1900%+ increase in leads. And we're not planning on slowing down. Now we're looking for a motivated individual to join our team, work alongside our eCommerce & Marketing Manager, and help us to build on this momentum.

What's The Role?

This is a unique role that combines marketing, brand strategy, business development, SEO and project management. The ideal candidate will enjoy taking on a variety of challenges and will be happy to take ownership of projects as needed.

The Role:

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of our eCommerce businesses
  • Work with our 3rd party partners to develop our websites, content and campaigns
  • Assist with the processing, updating and maintenance of our product catalogues
  • Develop content and manage campaigns on our social media channels
  • Assist with improving and maintaining our SEO efforts
  • Work with the team to develop email marketing campaigns
  • Analysing and reporting on growth-tracking metrics

What About You?

We're looking for someone whose ideas capture our attention. If you're ready to think differently and are enthusiastic about business growth, you'll fit right in. Your qualifications aren't as important to us as your experience. We'd like to see examples of campaigns you've developed and real-world results you've achieved.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Good English, Maths and computer skills are essential.
  • A history of running websites and digital marketing campaigns (either individually or commercially) is essential.
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio would be advantageous.
  • An understanding of basic HTML is desirable.

What Can We Offer You?

As a family-owned company, Rowse is looking to recruit for the long term. As we continue to grow, so will your role and opportunities.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary based on experience
  • Flexible hours
  • An enjoyable working environment
  • Career progression
  • Opportunities to manage your own projects
  • Plenty of training and guidance from a team with years of experience
